RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Refunds & Credit Notes:

• Within 14 days of purchase, customers are eligible for a full refund, provided the material has not been delivered to the customers allocated fabricator.

• After 14 days, but within 30 days of purchase, a credit note may be issued instead of a refund, provided the material has not been delivered to the customers allocated fabricator.

• After 30 days from purchase, refunds or credit notes will no longer be available.

Delivered Orders

 

• If slabs have already been delivered and need to be collected/returned, a 15%restocking fee will apply.

• The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or credit note amount accordingly.

​

Conditions

• Returned items must be in the exact condition they were delivered in.

• ⁠Fabricated materials are non-refundable.
